BIGOT JOHNSON FINDS A NEW AND  EXCITING WAY TO SHAFT CORRUPT MONEY GRAPPING SCUM-OF-THE EARTH PRIVATELY RUN PARKING COMPANIES

True to form Bigot-Johnson has never given up on getting his own back on these scamming bastards. His latest caper involves entering a private car park after a quick change of the number plates at the entrance , with ones that depict seven letters arranged in the following order  " F U C K  Y O U " ......simply for the benefit of the camera. 

Parking the car for a minimum period of 20 minutes he then drives off without payment, remembering of course to replace the original number plates before taking the vehicle back onto the road.The parking company of course has no way of tracing ownership of the car , let alone having any chance of being able to impose a nasty PNC on the anonymous driver.

But is Bigot allowed under the Road Traffic Act to do this ?  I think he is as the Act stipulates the regulations ( including the need to display  the log book's number plate details)  apply only to those who use a car on a road or when visiting a public place. A private car park is neither a road nor public place so therefore it is correct to assume that the regulations do not apply. When has anyone  ever seen a formula 1 car  or racing go-kart display a number plate ? Not me or certainly not Bigot.
